Agak lama gak aku x update blog ni. erm, busy, aku baru aje habis cycle pediatric endocrinology. agak tersentuh bila tengok kanak2 yang menderita penyakit endocrine ni. Dwarfism, turner syndrome, kleinefeilter syndrome, diabetis mellitus type 1, etc.
La ni dh habis dh sume tu. aku sekarang pindah ke department haematology plak. lagilah tak menarik pemandangannya. Acute leucosis (Leukemia), haemorrhagic vasculitis, haemophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura bukannya penyakit2 yang fun to deal with. sedih tengok kanak2 ni.
Agak2 university ni nak suruh aku jadi pediatrician kot. yelah, first diorg hantar aku ke Pediatric infectious department, then to pediatric endocrinology, tup2 ke haematology kt pediatric hospital. harap2 pas ni aku kena cycle adult plak. tak kisah lah ape2 pun. gynecology ker, therapy ke, what ever....
mood raya aku dh spoil habis. gara2 kena buat kerja yang agak banyak gak (takle banyak sangat actually). case report, night call, assignments dan yang paling menghuru harakan hidup aku adalah aku kena ganti balik 10 kelas yang aku miss. lebih kurang 50 jam. berbayar plak tu. lebih kurang EUR100. memang pokai aku bulan ni. tu la paedah yang aku dapat dari meng'extent'kan cuti summer aku. konon2nya nak puasa kt malaysia. padan muka..
Sem ni aku memilih untuk posting kat trauma hospital. nak cari pengalaman. yela, sebelum ni aku dh buat posting kt therapy department, obstetrics, and neurology. so, aku dh pun menghasut beberapa classmate aku untuk join. sorang2 bosan arr...

kembali ke bumi Ukraine....tak best!!
setelah lama aku tak menjengah ke blog ini, akhirnya hari ni aku decided nk buat pos. hm...sem baru dh pun mula, dh3 minggu. aku dah miss 2 minggu. gara-gara nak berpuasa kt malaysia.
atas sebab itu aku terpaksa mengeluarkan belanja extra €100.00 untuk aku rework kelas.. hampeh, habes duit aku.
sem baru ni aku bermula agak perlahan. puasa kot. sedih, dh la miss first cycle aku, second cycle aku x leh score plak. lecturer tu bagi aku 3 aje...satisfactory yang aku x satisfy langsung. racist gile. hampeh x 1000.
minggu depan aku mule cycle baru. traumatology. siap ar...aku takkan bagi chance kali ni. pulun habis-habisan. lantak la org nak kato gapo, ambo x peduli. argh....

Penentuan
Esok adalah segala-galanya. Esok adalah hari penentuan. erm...begitulah detik hati aku. Esok adalah hari terakhir aku exam. Paper terakhir aku, Pediatrics (kepada yang tak tau, pediatric= cabang perubatan yang berkenaan dengan kanak-kanak - so sila tahu!!). Ayo-ayo, rase-rasenye pediatric ni adalah salah satu cabang perubatan yang paling mencabar. Semua petunjuk makmal dalam disiplin pediatric ni berbeda, ikut tahap umur pesakit. contohnya, jumlah sel darah merah bagi bayi yang baru lahir, tentu sahaja tidak akan sama dengan yang berusia 3 tahun, apatah lagi dengan yang berusia 12 tahun.
Dalam aku sibuk menyiapkan diri aku untuk 'bertempur' dengan examiner esok hari, masih sempat aku mencuri waktu untuk update blog. wah2 senang nye hati ko. Ko ingat esok examiner tu nak bagi ko markah free. Kena tolak markah lagi adela...
Antara kemahiran-kemahiran yang akan diuji oleh examiner untuk disiplin pediatrics ini ialah..communication skill (ayo...ni yang susah, aku tak reti nak pujuk budak-budak), laboratory investigation, physical examination (inspection, palpation, percussion, auscultation), additional method of investigation (ECG,EEG, X-Ray, etc)., disamping teori yang bersepah-sepah tu. erg...bukan setakat migraine, stroke pun bole kena.
Inilah senjata utama aku untuk masuk dalam exam!!
Haha....tapi seperti yang aku kata dulu, tiket balik aku tu beri perangsang. and doa kawan-kawan dan keluarga sentiasa jadi azimat buat aku. tak lupa gak, tunang aku yang tak jemu-jemu beri perangsang buat aku...:) Merci bien, spasiba!! dah le...bole sambung balik kot, sebelum aku assume aku punye jaga malam ni sia-sia. ops...special thank to Mr Dino Rizal yang sudi doakan aku tadi. love you dude.

Syukur....lepas lagi 1 exam. Allah permudahkan urusan aku. Exam tadi adalah satu exam yang aku tak rasa cam exam. sepanjang hidup aku, psychiatry adalah satu exam yang aku rase paling senang. erm...apesal yek?

Mentism
Psychiatry is a study of mental disorder and their diagnosis bla bla bla. ayo yo...betui ke esok exam? macam kurang je ilmu aku nk amik exam esok. sejak exam mula, dari paper therapy dulu, aku dah ada sume simptom neurology disorder seperti ataxia, adinamia, atetosis, and now when we going toward the psychiatry exam, aku ada plak simptom-simptom psychiatry...confabulation, fuga n transe, amnesia, apocalypses
etc..haha...naik berasap kepala aku study. takpe la, biar aku layan euro dulu malam ni. my team, of course Spain. aku ramalkan Spain akan jadi champion tahun ni. aku tak mau bet ngan sape2. aku dah kalah bet dengan roomate aku, yang mana aku terpaksa belanja budak gemok tu makan kat 5-star hotel bila sampai Malaysia nnt. I'm broke man!

Rindu menggamit.
Alhamdulillah...till this time aku dah melalui 2 exam dengan selamat. syukur2...Exam yang seterusnya, psychiatry. tak berat sangat. bole la santai2 sikit.
Perasaan aku sekarang ni bercampur baur...antara study and excited nak balik malaysia. Rasa-rasanya balik Malaysia tu adalah salah satu motivasi buat aku, selain doa-doa dari kawan-kawan dan orang-orang yang menyayangi aku.
Hari ni aku off belajar...ni sume gara-gara euro...perlawanan malam ni turkey vs croatia. aku memang menyokong pasukan turkey ni...TURKIYE!! Kagum melihat semangat mereka, selain mereka saudara seislam. Bukan itu sahaja, aku memang sangat admire dengan bumi turkey itu sendiri. Istanbul, metropolitan yang aku dah banyak kali singgah. tanpa jemu. serius!! Bagi aku, Istanbul itu romantik, Istanbul memberi ketenangan dan buat aku menghayati dan mengagumi sejarah Islam. Bagaimana kegagahan empayar Uthmaniah di bumi eropah dan asia. kagum...
InsyaAllah, dalam beberapa hari lagi aku akan menjejakkan kaki aku ke bumi Istanbul. dapat menghayati keindahan Selat Bosphorus, masjid biru, istana topkapi, menikmati keenakan makanannya dan keramahan penduduk bumi Istanbul. Selain itu, aku memang rindu terhadap keluarga aku, tersangat rindu. doakan akan kepulangan aku dan kejayaan aku dalam peperiksaan....

aku dh penat!
Tinggal 2 hari sahaja lagi untuk aku seat for the exam...neurology. Betul-betul buat aku fatigue...badan aku, otak aku, segala-galanya. Dah meluat aku tengok buku tu..erg., boleh buat aku gila...argh....stress management...wooooosaaaa.
Macam-mana nak ingat nih, lesion of upper motor neuron, lower motor neuron, Chorea Huntington's ar...migraine ar, epilepsy aa...bla, bla, bla...ngeh2, Bole ker ni?
Aura exam kat bilik 402 ni terganggu oleh kedatangan si Majid. Hampeh btol la, mentang-mentang la dia dah abis exam...kaco la plak...pecah mental...lepak beb. oklah, terpaksa la aku sambung blaja...chow

Assalamualaikum...
Demam exam dh bermula...aku baru je abis first paper tadi...alhamdulillah, dimudahkan Allah. tak sia-sia usaha aku selama ini. x lupe terima kasih kepada mereka2 yang mendoakan aku dan beri tunjuk ajar. moga Allah balas budi kalian dengan sebaik-baik ganjaran. insyaAllah second paper akan menyusul dlm beberapa hari sahaja lg. paper yg kedua ni boleh tahan gak...neurology...hm...jawabnye lepas ni aku jadi Mc Dreamy la.
